DirectSupport Helpdesk

A freephone mentoring helpline supports DirectSupport Online, and can offer help in using the online system as well as voice-to-voice guidance to UK online centres. A technical helpdesk is also available for connection problems.

Staff can offer familiarisation for Direct Support Online and help you get the best from the Experts Online Q & A service.

Any UK online centre can ring to request access to the online service, help or advice. The HelpDesk staff have worked with or for UKOnline Centres for many years and understand the time pressures and issues that affect centres.

The Helpline is staffed on weekdays from 9 - 5 and a qualified community business counsellor is usually available, or will call you back. Outside these hours, send an email to info@directsupport.org.uk

On calling for the first time, be prepared to give the name and contact details of your UK online centre. You will be given log-in access to the online support service, for future queries. You can also request log-in access online by clicking here.

There is also a separate Technical Helpline for users of DirectSupport Online on 0845 130 5480. This is open Monday to Friday until 9:00pm.
